This policy applies to all services purchased through rasmhost.com, operated by RASM.

1. Nature of Our Services

RASM provides digital services only — including web hosting, domain registrations, and related online products. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Therefore, no physical shipping or delivery is involved in any transaction made on this platform.

2. Service Delivery

• Hosting Plans: Activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Login credentials and cPanel access details are sent to your registered email address.
• Domain Registrations: Processed within 24–72 hours of payment, subject to domain registry processing times. You will be notified by email once the domain is active.
• SSL Certificates: Issued within 24 hours of hosting account activation.
• GST Invoices: Generated automatically and available for download from your dashboard immediately after payment.

3. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation at your registered email address when your service is activated. You can also track the status of your orders from the Orders section of your dashboard.

4. Delays

Delivery may be delayed in cases of:

• Pending KYC verification.
• Payment not confirmed by the payment gateway.
• Domain registry downtime or disputes.
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided during registration.

In such cases, our support team will contact you within 1 business day.
